I grew up in a town 180 m south of Chicago & 3 yrs ago returned to my childhood home, after 50 yrs in CA. I’ve always mostly avoided Chicago and now even more so because of its gang violence. But in the last year or so I’ve wondered about What the Heck is Going on in Chicago?
